KOJ Quesada España SL is a family-owned company established after we vacated Quesada in September 2021.
We found this a great place to stay for all types of families. It is suitable for young adults without children, families with small children, adults, or older people.
The story of Ciudad Quesada is not just the story of a construction site that becomes a small town. It is also the story of one man's desire to create his city. His name was Justo Quesada Samper, who started it all with two empty hands. The farmer Justo Quesada had noticed that the crops in these south-facing hills never froze in winter. He took this as a sign that the climate was perfect here, which was why he wanted to develop the place.
Almost thirty years later, over 16,000 people live in Ciudad Quesada, and there are more than 7,000 homes here. The once rocky hillsides are lush and green, and today Ciudad Quesada appears like a small town.
Both the Villa Amaris and the apartment in Allegra Recidental were built by the Quesada family's company Euromarina. Since 1972, Euromarina has been a leading company in the real estate sector and a pioneer in the Spanish tourism sector.
Within the six hundred thousand mark area, you will find everything you expect to see in a city. There are travel agencies, banks, fitness centers, shops, restaurants, a hotel, mini Golf, tennis, and golf courts. You will even find a water park.
KOJ Quesada Espana SL offers a 3-bedroom apartment in Allegra Residential and a Villa called Amaris; both places keep the standard we would have wanted when we vacation.
